TITLE: Automation Inside Sales Engineer

COMP: Up to $95,000, based on experience

LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for automation solutions for customers
• Work with customers and internal team to understand overall technical needs
• Will prepare RFP/RFQ’s for the work
• Understand what customer needs, and prepare written or oral solutions to customer
• Have some oversight as to progress in the project
• This is NOT a sales position- this is a person with technical knowledge of PLC/Automation projects that can assist a customer through the project

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Understanding and ability to learn capabilities of client
• Ability to collaborate with a customer and internal team
• Understanding of continuous improvement, complex PLC systems and software, and project oversight
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems
• Preferred candidate has 2-4 years of experience

TERMS: This is a direct hire position that pays up to $95,000/year. This company does have great benefits including 401K match, health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits!
